The Indiana District Youth Gathering is an annual high school youth gathering, sponsored by the Indiana District of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod. It's purpose is to provide an opportunity for youth to gathering in fellowship, worship Jesus, grow in their faith, and use their God-given gifts for service.

SHIRT DAY IS WEDNESDAY

Presenting the official 2025 LCMS Youth 2025 LCMS Youth Gathering Indiana District T-shirt!

We had many entries from all over the district and a sophomore from Immanuel, Valparaiso was selected as the winner!

The Detail:

  • The Endure Cross is centered on the back of the shirt, which will also be centered throughout the entirety of the Gathering.

  • The colors represent the colors of New Orleans along with some great New Orleans beads, including the Natchez Riverboat that they will board at our District Event, and the New Orleans Saints logo, the Fleur-De-Lis, a common French symbol of NOLA. The Superdome is the facility for all Mass Gatherings.

  • In the other beads to the left of the ENDURE beads are symbols that represent us, both Indiana and Kentucky! With Indiana having more churches in the district we have three symbols (the basketball, the Indy car, and the corn) for Indiana and one for Kentucky (the horse). We are also represented in the INDIANA DISTRICT lettering as well, with Indiana showing up within the letter "D" and Kentucky in the "R".

  • We also have the event's theme verse on the front of the shirt!

  • The tri-blend material will serve as the most comfortable material to be worn about NOLA!


Plan of Delivery:

The shirts will be completed around Easter and we will have our Indiana District Gathering Task Force assigned 10-15 churches. These team members will contact their respective churches about the ways they will disburse the shirts to the appropriate youth groups sometime between May 1st and June 30th!

This means you will have your shirts before the Gathering!! Make sure to bring them with you. If you want to wear them at Church before the Gathering to promote the event, you can, but we recommend getting them back so that the youth remember them FOR the Gathering!

We will only have a small amount of shirts available AT the Gathering so make sure you have accurate t-shirt quantities and sizes!

How to Make Sure You and/or Your Group Has This T-Shirt:

  1. If your church is signed up for the Indiana District event "Indiana District Boards the Natchez", this is included in your fee and we will use the sizes you submitted on the shirt registration that can be found on the event registration page.

  1. If you or your group is not registering for the Indiana District event, you can still get a shirt! Fill out the T-T-shirt form you will find at the bottom of this page: https://in.lcms.org/2025-nyg-indiana-district-event/ . Shirts will cost $15 and you will be billed separately.

  1. Be sure to sign up for the event or just the shirt by March 15th
