IDYG is open to current 9th – 12th grade youth. Adult leaders must be at least 21 years old. You must have a youth to adult ratio of 7 to 1. A female and male adult leader is needed if both genders are representeyouth participants.

Register early to insure spaces for your youth. When IDYG reaches 500 participants, registration will be closed.

Payment is due in full (non-refundable) at the time of registration. Make checks payable to INDIANA DISTRICT YOUTH.

Super Early Bird Registration is August 11-31.
Please note: Super Early Bird Registration Fee is $35. To receive this rate, your group registration must be postmarked by August 31st.

Early Bird Registration is September 1-28.
Please note: Early Bird Registration Fee is $45. To receive this rate, your group registration must be postmarked by September 28th.

Standard Registration is Sept. 29-Oct. 19.
Please note: Standard Registration Fee is $55 per person. To receive this rate, your group registration must be postmarked by October 19. Registration closes on October 19, 2009.

Change Fee: If changes are made to your group registration after October 19, a $10 processing fee will be assessed per person.

Room Rate: $220 per room (4 person occupancy.) Note: Remember that 5 to a room should be an exception not a rule. A church may have only 1 five-person room for each gender.
